EXECUTIVES

EDWARD STUTZ, Chief Executive Officer

Edward comes to CBH with over 20 years of experience in the food service business, most recently serving as the North Division Vice President for Arby’s Restaurant Group supporting or directly operating about 800 restaurants in the northern part of the US and Canada.

Ed grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan and after high school, joined the Army where he was able to travel the world.  Ed received his undergraduate degree in business from Central Michigan University and his graduate degree in business at Indiana University. 

MICHAEL RIGGLE, Chief Financial Officer

Michael brings a unique balance to CBH Leadership Team with his diverse and expansive experience in other industries that extend far beyond the restaurant walls. An entrepreneur at heart, Michael thrives in both independent and team-oriented work environments. For CBH,  Michael is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities. He is licensed in the State of Florida as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and received both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Montevallo, where he graduated Cum Laude and Summa Cum Laude. In addition to his academics, he was a five-year member for the University of Montevallo Men’s Soccer Team where he was inducted into the University of Montevallo Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2018.  Michael stays active in the community by coaching competitive youth soccer and serving on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations. With his deep knowledge of investor relations ensure that CBH is well positioned to achieve results under his direction.

LEE BAUGER, Chief Operating Officer

Having been with CBH since its inception as the COO, Lee brings with him a history of success. He was the original VP of Operations at Papa Johns Pizza growing their concept from 35 units to 1000 . Lee's philosophy has been to treat people the way he would want to be treated as he lives up to that philosophy daily and everyone he meets is treated with dignity and respect.

DIRECTORS

BRYAN BARCLAY, Director of Human Resources

Bryan has been a Human Resources professional for over 20 years.
Having success supporting operations leaders in banking, insurance, retail and food services, Bryan brings with him a diverse background, a straightforward style and a desire to be a part of a winning team.
Bryan’s goal is not only for the team that he supports to be successful today, but to be successful for years to come.
In his off time, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He is a pop culture aficionado and a baseball historian. He is also an avid, die-hard fan of his hometown, New York Mets.

TERRI BANKS, Director of Training

Terri has over 10 years of Food Safety and Brand Standards QSR experience.  She has served as a Food Safety Program Consultant with Chick-fil-A, Senior Quality Assurance Manager with the Steritech Group, and Supervisor of Temporary Food Service with Cobb and Douglas Public Health. Terrie is responsible for developing and overseeing Consolidated Burger Holdings (CBH’s) individual and group training programs for restaurant managers and team members.
She ensures all three regions in the CBH markets are current with Brand Standard and Food Safety trainings to give top quality service to our new and returning guests.

REGIONAL OPERATORS

ANTHONY BREWER, Regional Vice President, North Florida/South Georgia Region

A restaurant professional with over 37 years of experience, Anthony has worked for a variety of brands. Starting his career in food services as a cook, Anthony has an impressive track record of success that led him to his current role of Vice President of Operations for Consolidated Burger Holdings LLC. He oversees 41 locations from Panama City FL to Valdosta, GA.

DAVID WILBURN, Regional Vice President, South Florida

Dave comes to CBH with over 20 years of experience in the food service business, most recently serving as the Director of Operations for 50 Popeyes locations in Arizona. He held a similar role with Jack in Box for locations in Texas and South Carolina. 

Dave is originally from Virginia Beach, VA and has a degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion  University. 

Dave makes his home now in West Palm Beach, FL, with his wife Beverly and two children, Steve and Keri.
